External Relations Lead

The External Relations Lead is responsible for managing CommandSuite’s external relationships, partnerships, outreach, and community engagement opportunities. This role focuses on building strong connections with other communities, identifying potential customers, arranging product testing opportunities, and representing CommandSuite professionally when communicating with external organisations. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between CommandSuite and outside communities, helping us grow our reach, gather feedback, and create opportunities for partnerships, trials, demonstrations, and future sales. This is a management-level position, so the External Relations Lead will be expected to work independently, communicate professionally, and keep senior leadership updated on progress, opportunities, and any concerns. As External Relations Lead, you will be responsible for: - Finding and contacting suitable communities who may be interested in testing or using CommandSuite. - Managing partnership discussions with external Discord servers, FiveM communities, roleplay groups, and other relevant organisations. - Reaching out to potential customers and arranging introductions, demonstrations, or trial opportunities. -Building and maintaining professional relationships with community owners, management teams, and key decision-makers. -Keeping track of outreach progress, responses, leads, and partnership status. -Working with the Director/Management Team to agree on suitable partnership terms and outreach strategies. -Gathering feedback from testing communities and passing it to the development or management team. -Helping improve CommandSuite’s public image and reputation through professional communication. -Supporting marketing and growth efforts where external community contact is required. -Ensuring all external communication reflects CommandSuite’s standards and values.

This includes designing and executing structured test cases, performing both manual and automated testing, and validating that all features align with technical requirements and user expectations. The role also involves documenting and tracking bugs with precision, collaborating closely with developers to resolve issues efficiently, and conducting regression testing to ensure system stability following updates or changes.
